REFUND POLICY
I understand that the Jr. J-Hawks do not give credit and/or refunds for class(es) missed due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, etc. I further understand that there are specific risks of physical or property damages, losses, or injury that may result from my or my child's participation with Jr. J-Hawks and I voluntarily assume the risks associated with such participation.
I understand that Tuition and Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE should your dancer choose to drop out of the program before the completion of the 4 week session. A $25 returned check fee will be assessed to accounts for NSF or bounced checks.
