Who We Are
The Jefferson Jr. J-Hawk Poms program is committed to the growth and development of young dancers aspiring to one day be on the Jefferson Poms. Dancers will learn the basic fundamentals of dance in a safe and nurturing environment. A sense of accomplishment and pride will be felt during their many community appearances and performance opportunities. Most importantly, the Jr. J-Hawk Poms program will foster a love for dance and their school community.

Jenny Thielman
Head Coach
With 20+ years of coaching experience, Jenny brings a balanced perspective to the traditional dance studio, contrary to popular reality TV shows depicting the sport of dance as highly competitive for students and parents. Jenny's core values emphasize relationship and character building. Students will develop the leadership qualities they need to succeed in their sport and in life.
